पात्रता (Qualification)

Welfare Officer – Degree or Diploma course recognized by Maharashtra State, as per Maharashtra Welfare Officers(Duties, Qualifications and Conditions of Service) Rules, 1966 (Enclosed as Annexure-I). Possesses adequate knowledge of Marathi language. Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in any Industry/ Factory as Welfare Officer/ Personnel Officer/ HR Executive in HR or Welfare Department.

Technical Junior Technician (Technical) / Control Junior Technician (Control) – Full-Time ITI Certificate recognized from NCVT/SCVT in Printing trade viz. Litho offset machine Minder/Letter Press Machine Minder/Offset Printing/Platemaking/ Electroplating/ Full-time ITI in Plate maker-cum-impositor/Hand composing. OR Full Time Diploma in Printing technology from Government recognized Institutes/ polytechnics.
Studio Junior Technician (Studio) – Full time ITI Certificate in Engraver/ Platemaker (lithographic) trade recognized from NCVT/SCVT.
Store Junior Technician (Store) – Full time ITI Certificate in Fitter trade recognized from NCVT/SCVT.
CSD Junior Technician (CSD) – Full time ITI Certificate in Fitter trade recognized from NCVT/SCVT.
